BaseHost, a leading provider of online services for small businesses, today announced a successful merger with Karaza Website Design & Online Marketing Services. The merger provides a platform to further strengthen BaseHost’s presence in the US market, and was completed in May.
Founded in 2010, Karaza is a Boston based website design and development company servicing small businesses in North America, and employing a number of online services professionals. The amalgamation sees Karaza’s existing customer base and suite of online marketing resources merging with BaseHost. In a statement, Karaza’s former CEO said, “This acquisition will allow Karaza’s customer base to grow exponentially, and offer our clients greater access to comprehensive digital solutions under one umbrella, enhancing their experience with us.”
BaseHost’s CEO says, “This is an exciting merger for BaseHost; our value to our customers is grounded in technology and service excellence at an affordable price, and we look forward to developing our market leading platform into a truly global enterprise.”
Over the next three months, BaseHost will transition Karaza’s customer base and assets into the BaseHost brand. Karaza’s former CEO will remain on board in a leadership position, focussed on growing and expanding the company’s customer base.
